Here are my finds at the flea market (I found vintage suitcases) and my Halloween tags. We spent this weekend celebrating my son's second birthday and Halloween. When you have a child time seems to fly by and all of sudden two years have passed. At times I look at my son and I am scared to close my eyes because I might flash to the future where he is going off to college.

I like writing little letters of love for my wonderful men in my life. When my son was born I decided to write a letter for him every year right before his birthday describing all his accomplishment and how much he mean to me. I do the same for my hubby right before every anniversary. I hope to one day have a little book for each to take have with them in their new challenges an adventures into adulthood or life and for them to know that I will always be close. Or god forbid , if I no longer with them they will at least know that I love them and will watch over them.
Dear Little Monster, why do you have to grow up so fast? Your second birthday has just passed and I am so happy to see the little man you are becoming. I can't wait to experience all the new thing that come with turning 2!
Dear Zoidberg, please stop throwing up all over my home, I promise the first thing I do tomorrow is change you back to your regular cat food.
Dear Craft Desk, Please clean after yourself I am tired of chasing my little monster around the apartment trying to get my glitter away from him.
Dear Weather, thank you so much for the cool nights. I just love to cuddle with my hubby at night with the cool breeze coming in window.

1. Do you believe in ghosts?
I do believe in ghosts, the last thing I want to think about is that when we die we just disaper. I think that is also the reason why I don't watch scary movies. I would never be able to sleep.
2. Do you prefer the cute or the scary Halloween?
I love the cute and the scary of Halloween. I like to see the creative monster people come up with for Halloween and I do have a hubby who is in the creative business of making monster for a living.
3. How old were you when you stopped trick or treating?
The last time I trick or treat was when I was 14 because I was taking my little brother. I was a sexy vampire!
4. Do you have any fun Halloween traditions?
The only Halloween tradition you could say I have is decorating my home. I hope to start a tradition of pumpkin carving with my son this year.
5. Share a scary local urban legend.
I don't have a scary local urban legend to tell you about because I just moved to California. However, I do happen to see a white mist in my apartment from time to time. Every time I see it I ask my hubby if he sees it too but he tells me there is nothing there. I never get a bad vibe when I see it. Most of the time is just passing through. Are you scare yet to come and see me? hehe.
6. Would you rather be haunted or haunting?
I don't know either one would just be scary.
7. What's your favorite Halloween character/ creature? (dracula, witch, ghost, etc)
My favorite creature when growing up was witches and now as an adult I love vampires and werewolves, umm... do you think twilight had to do something to do with that?
Now for the Halloween Tag # 24!
I have a thing for monocles and I have decided to use them again on one of my tags. I have also included a list of material that I have used in my tag.
Thank you so much for all those who stop by everyday and comment on my tags, I love all your comment and you keep me going.

Do I have a treat for you today! I am going to talk about the SoCal blogger conference I attended this past weekend and my halloween tags. Vivienne from The V spot and Bev from Flamingo Toes were the great hosts of this event.
The SoCal conference was here in California and was an event where local bloggers could meet other fellow bloggers. Their were so many different kind of bloggers at the convention and everyone was super sweet.
I had the great pleasure of spending the day with Dinah from DIY Inspired & Jen from Something Turquoise. The first part of the day we spent it going to shops who help sponsor the event. Each shop had little treats waiting for us. I just loved stopping by all the antique shops!!
All things I got to see!!! One of my favorite things that I wish I had was this cute bird cage with a chandelier in it.
Who would not want to own an antique fan?! Oh by the way its also a lamp.
One of the many antique store that I went to had this beautiful display.
However, my most favorite thing I found while exploring the many antique stores was finding this creepy painting! I would so want to have this painting in my room. Does that make me a little crazy? hehe.
Oh and I also found this creepy doll that I would not want to have in my home but it was great to look at!
Of course I could not just go into antique stores and not buy something?
I purchased a test tube holder, Halloween inspired jewelry, ribbon and a monocle.
The one of other great thing about going to the blogger conference was the swag I got!! Look at the amount of stuff I got to drag home.
Just in case you though it could not get any better, I also got to meet Mark Montano!!!! I got the pleasure to sit next to him most of the night and talk about life and crafts and it gets a lot better we all got an advance copy of his new book The Big Ass Book of Bling.
Yep, that's Mark and me at the blogger dinner. He was so down to earth and very friendly. I was so happy to attend the conference and I hope to make it next year.
Now for the Halloween Tags. I though I was all caught up but I forgot Halloween tag #22.
Halloween Tag #23.

Are you ready for some Halloween tags?
I had a super busy weekend that I just can't wait to share with you all tomorrow! I know how can I keep you all in suspense for a whole day? However, I must and I am sorry. I will make it up to you by showing you three wonderful Halloween tags!
Halloween tag # 19 is about what might hide behind your close doors.
I hope you are not scared of spiders.
My Dies de Los Muerto Halloween tag came from an use iron on transfer that I used on a pillow. I did not want to throw it away because it was so cute. I decided to make it into a tag. The iron on transfer is from the cratfy chica found at Michaels.
Last but not least is my Halloween tag #21. I was inspired by this lovely ribbon I got at my SoCal conference. I got it from this super cute little shop that I just loved everything she had in her store.
I hope I gave you all some inspiration for some Halloween tags! Come and join me tomorrow to find out more about the SoCal blogger conference and a tag.

I've been super busy the last couple of days and I was not able to post. However, I have been keeping up with my tags! Here is Halloween tag #17 and the inspiration was just pumpkin picking.
I hope to go pumpkin picking this weekend with our little monster. He had so much fun last year and I am so looking forward to it this year.
My next Halloween tag is number 18 and their is a saying "the eyes are the window to the soul." I do truly believe that because I can always tell if someone is laying by they they look at me.
I just loved how this tag turn out, it took me all day to make but I am satisfied with it.
Now for the grand finally!
My devlish tag was inspired by the wings dies from Tim Holtz new line.
I have also done a video tutorial on my Boo tag! Come and take a look.
I hope you are all having a great day and thank you so much for stopping by!
